BigMachines' recognized GAAP revenue increased by 99% for the first half of 2010 compared to the same period in 2009 and committed monthly recurring revenue (CMRR) grew by 84%. BigMachines expanded its corporate headquarters in the Chicago, Illinois area, more than doubling the size of its offices there and adding new customer training and executive briefing centers. The company accelerated its global expansion by opening a new office in Singapore to serve as its base of operations for Asia Pacific and opening an office in Tokyo to serve the Japanese market.

The company released two new versions of its flagship software product BigMachines 10 and 10.1 to deliver a new eCommerce Engine which enables companies to sell directly to business customers through a customer portal or a public website using the same system that they use for internal quoting and proposal development. BigMachines10 and 10.1 also feature a powerful new drag-and-drop workflow, new attribute types for the Configuration Engine, and many enhancements to BigMachines Unplugged and the BigMachines Admin Platform to improve customer productivity.
