Admin Services Help You Do More With Less Staff
The BigMachines Admin Services Program enables customers to purchase shared or dedicated resources to help manage their BigMachines solutions.This optional program provides assistance for the life of a customer’s subscription agreement and is intended to complement BigMachines Professional Services projects.
Need a little bit of help? A lot? Full-time assistance? Choose your level of support.
Admin Services can be purchased either at the beginning of a contract or set to co-terminate with your existing subscription. You benefit by receiving direct assistance from a fully trained and certified BigMachines expert. This program can also provide assistance to your company’s in-house BigMachines Admin or present an alternative to training and maintaining an internal admin.
BigMachines Offers a Range of Admin Services Packages Including:
- Standard: Ten percent of a shared admin resource
- Extended: Twenty-five percent of a shared admin resource
- Dedicated: One hundred percent of a full-time admin resouce
Typical Admin Services Projects Include:
- Updating parts, pricing and approval workflow
- Adding new products with new configuration and/or commerce enhancements
- Creating or modifying quotes, proposals and other output documents
- Enhancing the user interface
