Force.com Developer

The Force.com developer will have the opportunity to drive the development of new BigMachines product offerings for our partnership with SFDC. This rapidly growing organization is in need of a highly motivated individual who looks forward to the challenge of helping in creating, building, and growing our business.

The Force.com developer will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization to drive the company’s long-term success. They will have the opportunity to join our team as a Jr. Developer and grow into more senior roles within the company, which is committed to promoting talent from within.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and test Force.com application(s) to a high degree of quality and usability
• Work closely with product manager(s) to develop designs for joint Salesforce.com/BigMachines applications.
• Serve as a expert in the functionality and capabilities of the BigMachines leading-edge web software and in Salesforce.com/Force.com development techniques

Qualifications:

• Experience in Java or APEX/VisualForce
• Experience or knowledge of basic web programming
  JavaScript, HTML, SOAP
• High level of energy, persistence, and strong desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, and programming skills
• Quick learner and able to learn new programming languages and/or concepts on own as necessary
• Knowledge of user interface design and web design constraints
• Certified Force.com developer a plus
• BS or MS degree from a reputable 4-year college/university preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering
