Leadership Development Program
BigMachines also offers a Leadership Development Program (LDP) for new hires. Our goal is to ensure we are continually growing our future management and executive leaders from within our talented team. In this 2 year program, participants will be rotated thru a series of roles lasting approximately 6 months. Participants will complete important work assignments spanning a variety of teams- from implementing BigMachines solutions for new customers, to helping plan and launch new software product releases, to driving innovative new web marketing strategies and technologies, and many more.
While gaining real work experience across several different areas, participants will grow their professional skills while helping to solve a variety of different business and technical challenges. This unique experience will also help develop working relationships with several internal BigMachines teams and also external business partners.
Rotational roles may include:
- Professional Services Project Manager - help our customers implement our solution, with extensive travel to various client locations
- Professional Services Engineer - create, manage, and deploy technology projects unique to each customer application
- Development - help plan, test, and prioritize product improvements and future product releases
- Marketing - create new features for www.bigmachines.com and help drive new web marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) programs
- Customer Service - work extensively with customers to resolve production issues and identify future product enhancements
- International Assignments - potential to work in the above roles at our European office
