My Big Idea

Our My BigIdea innovation portal is featured on the BigMachines Support website, available to all BigMachines customers. By providing a platform for customers to voice ideas and experiences, My BigIdea enables members of the BigMachines user community to collaborate with each other and also with the BigMachines team, helping to drive development priorities and innovations.

Community members can post their ideas, spark conversations around the ideas, and vote on them. The best ideas bubble to the top and become priorities for BigMachines developers and support staff. It’s a great example of ongoing collaboration and BigMachines’ dedication to customer satisfaction and success.
