Privacy on the bigmachines.com Web Site (the "Site") is of great importance to us. BigMachines occasionally matches these IP addresses to publicly-available company IP registries, and BigMachines may contact visiting companies to discuss potential interest in our company. IP addresses that we collect are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Users Outside of the United States:
While we make every effort to honor the laws and wishes of all users, this Site is available for users located primarily in the United States of America and therefore may not recognize foreign laws.

1. Notice- BigMachines will notify individuals about the purposes for which we collect personal information.
2. Choice- BigMachines will not share personal information we collect with any outside parties without explicit Opt-In choice by these individuals.
3. Onward Transfer- BigMachines does not disclose personal information to any outside parties or agents unless those individuals are notified and have given explicit Opt-In choice to allow BigMachines to share their information.

6. Data Integrity- BigMachines actively monitors the accuracy and reliability of its database.

BigMachines utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. BigMachines maintains security measures to allow only the appropriate personnel access to your information. Unfortunately, no system can ensure complete security, and BigMachines disclaims any liability resulting from use of the Site. In addition, our Site is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
BigMachines Customers’ Hosted Data:
BigMachines, Inc. delivers a hosted software solution to our customers. Our customers may collect personal information from their customers or prospects which resides in BigMachines data servers at our Hosting Partner sites. This data is owned and maintained by each customer- not by BigMachines. As such, BigMachines makes no claims concerning the privacy policies or Safe Harbor commitments of our customers concerning their data.

The Site contains links to other Web Sites. BigMachines, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other Web Sites. Visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others Web Sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information.
