The company has been growing 50-100% p.a., is led by a strong management team, has forged close partnerships with on-demand software industry leaders including Oracle and salesforce.com, and is backed by strong financial investors who are looking for the company to continue driving rapid growth and value creation.

BigMachines is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee the quality implementation of client solutions for some of the country's leading technology, industrial and manufacturing companies. Project Managers will own the implementation of our innovative and award winning solutions. This includes the delivery of quality implementations including solution design, managing key customer relationships, customer readiness, driving project schedules, managing project resources and budgets. We are seeking highly motivated and hands-on project managers who can learn quickly, grow with the company, and look forward to the challenge of delighting our customers and building our business.

The Project Manager positions will report directly to the Regional Professional Services Director and will be the face of BigMachines to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Single Point of Contact for all assigned projects with responsibility for project deliverables and quality.
• Manage the statement of work as well as other project issues, risks and changes.
• Manage key customer relationships at all levels, including executive and senior management.
• Manage project schedule, resources, communication and budgets.
• Facilitate the progress of the implementation to make sure that timelines and customer goals are achieved
• Work with customers to prepare them for the operational ownership of their new solution.
• Manage integration between BigMachines' solution and customer's IT systems.

Required Capabilities:

• At least 3 years experience managing successful project implementations with budgets of $500k and above
• At least 2 years of software development
• Experience with eBusiness applications and web based programming languages/technologies.
• Understanding of efficient business processes (sales, order management/logistics)
• Strong communication skills with experience developing and managing customer relationships
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
• High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed
• Strong project management skills and solid understanding of the professions grounding principals
• BS/MS in engineering or computer science preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory
