Administration Essentials is a highly interactive course designed to teach you everything you need to know to quickly and successfully implement and maintain your BigMachines solution. Learn it, try it, do it!
This comprehensive training program teaches participants the fundamental concepts of setting up, customizing, and maintaining BigMachines. Students will become familiar with the standard business processes enabled in the application and how they can be used to enable best business results. The application architecture and prebuilt capabilities of BigMachines are taught in the context of a proven implementation strategy by certified BigMachines instructors and Professional Services experts. Through a series of hands-on labs and exercises, participants practice key tasks associated with setting up and maintaining BigMachines, putting their knowledge to work in an interactive session.

This course is currently offered at BigMachines learning center in Deerfield, IL (Chicago area, 20 minutes north of O’Hare airport) or at BigMachines offices in San Mateo, CA. The course can optionally be delivered on-site for customers or partners.
